Radio tracking and
promotion are important tools in ensuring the success of your new release.
Given the amount
of product arriving on the desks of radio program directors every week,
something must be done to bring your product to their attention. Having
someone promote your music to radio stations on a regular basis to inquire
about adding your song to their play list can greatly increase your industry
visibility. As your song gets added to each new station, your promoter
has a more convincing reason for suggesting that it be added on other stations.
Tracking is also
an effective way of gathering information about where your music is being
played and how often, as well as which stations have recently added your
song to their play list. This service allows you to make decisions like
where you should spend promotion money, or where you should focus your
touring schedule to best take advantage of the interest your music is generating.
